Student - Tutor Matching
Our process begins by carefully matching each student with a qualified tutor based on their academic needs and preferences. Tutors are high-achieving individuals who have excelled both in school and at the university level. Every tutor undergoes a thorough police vetting process, ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of our team.
Introductions and expectations
Once matched, the tutor meets with the student and discusses the student's academic goals, challenges, and expectations. We believe in transparent communication, and this initial discussion sets the foundation for a collaborative learning journey.
Tailored Learning
We create customised learning plans tailored to each student's unique learning style and academic objectives. Tutors provide assistance with schoolwork, reinforcing classroom learning and addressing any challenges the student may encounter. Our goal is to not only help with immediate schoolwork but also to build a solid foundation for future academic success.
Ongoing Lessons
Students will meet with their tutors weekly, focussing on strengthening core concepts, addressing weaknesses, and fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter.
Progress Tracking
We believe in tracking and celebrating progress. Tutors use effective assessment tools to monitor student development and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
